Returns

Please note that due to high shipping costs involved in shipping our beds to customers we currently do not accept returns. We will update our return policy if / when it changes. Liking or disliking a mattress is very subjective and we encourage you to research our beds on the Internet - incl. online reviews - prior to making a purchase.

Please keep in mind that Jaybe beds are protected by the best warranty in the industry, you can find it here. If your bed has arrived defective please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to help - we will either replace the bed or send you spare parts. Such cases are very rare because Jaybe beds are very high quality.
